By using any of services, Intellect Hospitality affiliate hotels, partners’ products, affiliated vendors and their respective services; the user indemnifies all such stakeholders including the Board Members of Intellect Hospitality Pvt Ltd against any odds or any loss due to acts of God or loss of businesses or any such incidences beyond control of anyone. All disputes are subject to the Hon’ble courts of Ranchi.
